This week, I’d like to introduce you to the Parsley Family, also known as the Apiacae Clan. Not only is this one of the largest of the flowering plant families, I think you’ll also find its one of the most easily recognizable. In fact, you may even be surprised to find many of its family members in your pantry right now!
